Introduction
On The Almora-Pithoragarh Route In The Indian State Of Uttarakhand, There Is A Settlement Called Chitai Or Jethai. The Golu Devata Temple Is What Makes It Famous.
History-
(I) Chand Dynasty According To Recorded History, A General From The Chand Dynasty Constructed The Temple In The 12th Century. It Became Well-Known Over The Years For Being Beneficial To Everybody Who Visited This Shrine. The Chand Dynasty, Which Previously Controlled Almora, Was Gifted With The General Golu Devta.
(II) ‘God Of Justice” Hundreds Of Worshippers Present Their Desires To Lord Golu, Who Is Revered As The God Of Justice, In His Temple On Paper (Often On Stamp Paper) Each Day. They Firmly Believe That Any Requests Made With A Clear Conscience Will Be Granted By The Lord Of Justice.

Chitai Temple Has A Special Collection Of Brass Bells Of All Sizes That Have Been Donated To The Building Over Many Years By Followers. The Numerous Bells Hanging Throughout The Temple's Grounds Serve As Its Defining Feature. Devotees Hang These Bells As Gifts While Making Wishes Or As Expressions Of Gratitude When Those Wishes Come True.
